Terms governing purchases from the Kaela Inferna Music Shop.

Seller and products

The shop is operated by Martinez AI Studios. Products are digital music files licensed for personal listening. A purchase transfers a license, not ownership of the copyright or master recording.

Payment

Payments are processed through Stripe or PayPal. The authoritative price is calculated by our server in United States dollars. Taxes may be added where required. We never receive or store complete card details.

Delivery

After confirmed payment, the buyer receives a private download page and an email recovery link. Individual file URLs expire shortly after generation. Buyers are responsible for entering a deliverable email address and safeguarding the private recovery link.

Availability and fair use

We may rate-limit repeated download attempts or revoke access connected to fraud, a refund or a chargeback. Reasonable personal re-downloads remain available while the shop operates.

Limitations

Digital files are provided as available. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to the amount paid for the affected product. Nothing in these terms removes non-waivable consumer rights.
