Digital Refund Policy

How refunds are handled for downloadable Kaela Inferna music.

Before downloading

Every song includes a free 25-second preview so buyers can confirm the recording and general sound before purchasing.

After delivery

Because digital music cannot be returned once access has been supplied, purchases are normally final after download access is issued, except where consumer law requires otherwise.

When we will help

Contact us promptly if you were charged twice, received the wrong product, cannot open a supplied file or encounter a technically defective download. We will first replace or restore the file and will issue a refund when the problem cannot reasonably be corrected.

Refund consequences

A completed refund or payment reversal revokes the related download entitlement. Fraudulent disputes may also cause related purchase links to be disabled.
