What your purchase includes

Your purchase grants one person a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download and privately listen to the purchased recording. Copyright and master ownership remain with Martinez AI Studios and Kaela Inferna.

Allowed uses

• Listen on your personal computers, phones, tablets and home audio systems.
• Keep reasonable personal backups of the downloaded files.
• Convert the files for compatibility with your own devices.

Uses not included

• Redistribution, resale, file sharing or uploading the recording for others to download.
• Use in videos, advertising, games, podcasts, public performances or client work.
• Training, fine-tuning or evaluating an AI model with the recording.
• Claiming authorship, ownership or Content ID rights over the recording.

Commercial and synchronization rights require a separate written agreement.
